Gregory J Cassar is the RYA certified owner of MV James and Owner of MV James Boat Charter. A retired
airline pilot, Greg 
decided to create a boat charter company after he was stood down from flying duties. He has a great love of the sea having owned boats both in the UK and Malta for over 30 years so has a wealth of experience. Malta is an idyllic island archipelago with many interesting sites to be seen by boat. The huge advantage to chartering the fast and reliable MV James, equipped to the highest standards, is that access can be gained to many bays, beaches and caves, coves, etc, that would not be possible any other way.
Given sufficient notice and of course subject to fair weather the more adventurous can hire the boat for a rather unique trip to Sicily. The journey time for this trip is in the order of two hours and during the crossing pods of dolphins can be seen along with large leatherneck turtles.
MV James is 26ft long and capable of cruising at some 30kts. The boat is maintained to the highest standard and incorporates state of the art navigational and radio equipment. Also on board are flares, portable radio, and life jackets. A small tender is also available for use. Greg is also a certified BSAC Advanced Diver and PADI Dive Master with over 40 years experience and some 4000 dives. Diving for couples can also be arranged. Snorkeling gear is also on-board.
